Welcome to BCS Web Lab. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by BCS Web Lab (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”) to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Scope of Services
BCS Web Lab specializes in building and maintaining your online presence, which may include:

Website creation and design

Domain registration and hosting setup

Custom business email setup and management
-
Google Business Profile (GBP) setup and optimization

Ongoing updates, support, and digital maintenance
All services are customized to fit your business goals and are managed under our care for the duration of your active service period.
2. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any service provided by BCS Web Lab, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any updates or modifications we may make from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
3. Payment and Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to BCS Web Lab — including setup fees, design costs, retainers, and monthly maintenance plans — are non-refundable.
Once a project or subscription has begun, the time, resources, and proprietary systems involved make refunds impossible.
Payments must be made in full before the start of a project or monthly service cycle unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Ownership and Rights
During the period that your account is active and in good standing:

You retain full creative control and access to your website, domain, email accounts, and any other services created or maintained by BCS Web Lab.

You may request updates, edits, and modifications at any time as part of your active maintenance plan.
However, because all assets (domains, hosting, sites, and emails) are built, licensed, and maintained under BCS Web Lab’s management systems:

Upon cancellation or termination of services, all rights, ownership, and administrative access immediately revert to BCS Web Lab.

This includes websites, domains, business emails, and related online properties managed by us.
Clients are encouraged to request exportable copies of their content (text, images, media) prior to termination if desired.
5. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time and for any reason, without penalty, by providing written notice.
Upon termination:

Services will cease immediately at the end of the current billing cycle.

All associated rights and control of digital properties revert to BCS Web Lab.

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

Any outstanding balances are due immediately upon termination.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information and materials necessary for project completion.

Maintain clear communication and respond to update requests in a timely manner.

Use hosted services responsibly and not for illegal or unethical purposes.
Failure to cooperate or provide required materials may delay delivery or result in service suspension.
7. Access and Support
While services are active, clients enjoy:

Full access to their website, dashboards, and tools.

Creative freedom to influence design and function.

Ongoing support for updates, questions, and troubleshooting.
BCS Web Lab maintains system integrity, security, and uptime for all managed accounts, ensuring a professional and reliable online presence.
8. Third-Party Integrations
We may use or connect to third-party services (such as Google, Wix, or domain registrars) to deliver your services. Their individual terms and conditions apply.
BCS Web Lab is not responsible for disruptions, policy changes, or downtime originating from third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
BCS Web Lab is not liable for:

Loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from technical issues, outages, or force majeure events.

Client or third-party modifications that disrupt site functionality.

Errors arising from misuse, neglect, or external tampering.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for services within the preceding 60 days.
10. Confidentiality
All client data and communication are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, or disclose client information except as required by law or necessary to perform contracted services.
11. Modifications to Terms
BCS Web Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Revised versions will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
